Property Caretaker - Lokki Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are seeking an experienced and proactive property caretaker for a permanent position with our client in Tampere. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks related to indoor and outdoor area maintenance. Responsibilities include maintenance of building interiors such as seal replacements, technical upkeep, and drain clearing. You will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of residential and commercial properties within your maintenance area. Additionally, the role involves traditional outdoor property care tasks such as lawn mowing and leaf blowing. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to the position for the long term. To succeed in this role, you should have: * Practical experience in indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks * Education in property maintenance or related field * Initiative and a proactive work attitude * Punctuality and reliability * A valid B driver’s license and access to a car; C license is an advantage * A valid occupational safety card or willingness to obtain one We offer: * Salary according to the Property Services Collective Agreement, based on experience * An independent and responsible role * Good tools and clear work tasks * Permanent employment with a local and flexible employer The work will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
