AI Adoption Mentor — Embedded Engineering - Unikie Oy - Remote - Global

Unikie is looking for an AI Adoption Mentor to support our embedded software team in Tampere. The role involves assessing current AI usage, identifying practical AI use cases, mentoring engineers in AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar, supporting AI-assisted coding, debugging, documentation, code review, and unit test ideation. The candidate should have a strong background in embedded C and C++, practical AI tool experience, and excellent communication skills. The role requires working onsite in Tampere and collaborating closely with customer teams. This position is ideal for a senior embedded engineer with leadership or mentoring experience, familiar with industrial or automotive domains, and with knowledge of CI/CD and engineering productivity tools.
