Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the technical face of Revvity across Italy, ensuring our cutting-edge diagnostic and life science instruments deliver maximum value to customers. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, instrument uptime, and ultimately, scientific breakthroughs in laboratories nationwide. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and providing technical training on Revvity's portfolio instruments, managing escalations, and collaborating with sales and support teams. Requirements include a technical or university degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology, at least 5 years of field service experience, hands-on experience with analytical/clinical instrumentation, and fluent Italian and strong English skills.
