Job Description
Would you like to work in a diverse customer service and real estate role? We are looking for a property manager to join our team, responsible for managing housing companies and customer service tasks. As a property manager, you will be an important part of our property management team. The role combines office work, customer service, and independent property management responsibilities. Your tasks will include, among others: Independent management of housing companies, Handling administrative matters of housing companies and communication with boards, Preparation and execution of general meetings, Preparation of meeting materials and documents, Customer service via phone, email, and at the office, Handling contacts from residents and shareholders, Coordinating maintenance and fault reports, Maintaining contracts and registry data, Collaboration with maintenance companies and partners. We expect from you: Previous experience in property management tasks, suitable education in property management or other relevant education considered an advantage, Ability to handle housing company matters independently and responsibly, Ability to work independently and as part of an active work community, Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach, Good interaction and collaboration skills, Organizational skills and ability to organize, Good IT skills (Office environment), Fluent Finnish language skills; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
