The successful performance of the project planner role requires project management and coordination skills. As a project planner, you will work closely with especially the head of the unit. In development projects, you will act as the project responsible person and ensure their implementation according to plan. In scientific research projects, you will support the project manager. Additionally, the role may include expert tasks related to teaching, depending on the individual's expertise. Independence in work is essential for this role. You should also possess good communication, collaboration, and interaction skills. Proficiency in English is an advantage. Suitable candidates typically hold a master's or doctoral degree in education or related fields. Further academic research or personal experience in scientific research, as well as previous experience in applying for competitive external funding, will support success in this role. General knowledge of various funding instruments and familiarity with EU-funded projects are significant advantages.
