Job Description
Interested in a versatile and rewarding job working with quality products and a well-known brand? If you answered yes, you have found what you are looking for! We are now hiring SALES NEGOTIATORS for remote sales tasks in a permanent position at our Tampere office. The work is carried out from the office together with DNA's skilled sales team. The work begins on June 8, 2026. As a sales negotiator, you will become part of Tampere's exciting sales team, where growth and development are supported in a cheerful and helpful environment. We have planned a "New Salesperson Path" program for your development. During the program, we will gradually develop your knowledge and skills without pressure to perform. We will progress with you step by step, setting learning goals, coaching, practicing, and assisting. This provides a safe and inspiring environment for familiarizing yourself with the task, and during the first six months, you will build a solid foundation for your career at DNA. After comprehensive onboarding, you will master DNA's offerings, which include broadband, TV services, mobile subscriptions, phones, tablets, and security services. You will be able to assess the individual needs of customers and find the most suitable products and services for them. Competent supervisors and an encouraging team will support you throughout your DNA journey, and building a career further within our large organization is possible. When your sales improve after onboarding, we offer the possibility to transition to remote work. Whatever suits you best, suits us too, so whether you are in a cabin, in the mountains, or working from home, remote work is possible. The work is mainly in 6-hour shifts, totaling 30 hours per week, with shifts between 8:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. Additionally, there are occasional evening shifts and Saturday shifts. A 37.5-hour workweek is also possible by agreement. The salary consists of a base salary and sales commission, and you will always earn at least the guaranteed salary according to the ICT sector's collective agreement, which is €12.34/hour. Thanks to the motivating commission model, success in work can significantly exceed the guaranteed salary, and the average hourly wage for our sales negotiators is currently over €20/hour. You could thus earn around €2,500/month with 6-hour shifts, possibly more, as there is no upper limit. Full age is required. Whether you are a sales professional or just starting your career as a fresh talent, you are welcome to apply! We believe that each employee's individuality is a strength, and we want to offer a successful career path to all with the right attitude. We expect openness, interest, motivation to succeed, and a desire to develop your career at DNA. Please send your application confidently, and we will contact you! The first interview round will be conducted via video interview, so please keep an eye on your email! DNA DNA Call Centers are part of DNA Store Ltd.'s telemarketing units. The core idea of DNA's own call centers is to stand out from the mass of telemarketing with high-quality, professional, and customer-oriented operations, ensuring an exceptionally high level of service. We are recruiting new employees for our team in collaboration with a long-term staffing partner. The staffing partner acts as the official employer for our employees. Over 450 employees work in DNA's call centers across Finland in 10 cities and in Fuengirola, Spain. The Finnish Association for Customer Marketing has awarded DNA Call Centers the "Fair Employer in Telemarketing" badge. The criteria aim to develop the industry and highlight quality work. The criteria have been prepared in cooperation with authorities, such as the occupational safety administration.
