AI Agent Builder - Mirakl - Remote - Global

Design, build, and scale internal AI agents that integrate with company systems, automate workflows, and deliver measurable operational impact. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 4 days in our Boston office and 1 work from home day per week. The role involves creating workflow-driven AI agents, architecting multi-step systems, connecting agents to internal systems like CRM, data platforms, Jira, and more. The candidate will run pilots, analyze metrics, improve accuracy and reliability, and ensure security and compliance. The role also includes building a scalable agent ecosystem, supporting teams, and contributing to best practices. The stack includes GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Gemini), automation tools (n8n, Dust, Claude), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in AI/ML, backend/full-stack development, data, or automation workflows, with proven experience building AI agents, proficiency in Python, SQL, JSON, and deployment expertise. The position offers an annual OTE of $150,000–$190,000 USD, with benefits including health, dental, 401(k), and PTO.
