Production Machine Operator - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

As a Production Machine Operator of our manufacturing lines, you will: Lead Machine Operations: Perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets. Troubleshoot & Improve: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes. Ensure Precision: Use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality. Drive Safety & Teamwork: Prioritize a safety-first mindset and step in to help coworkers meet site goals. You will need a High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ability to read tape measurements down to 1/8", and physical ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures. We offer a full-time role with a 12-hour night shift schedule, 2-2-3 rotation, and benefits starting Day 1 including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and tuition reimbursement.
