Job Description
In this role, you will ensure that our Salesforce environment runs smoothly and supports our business in the best possible way. You will serve as an important link between business and IT systems within a small and agile team. You will be responsible for the functionality of the Salesforce platform and support users with daily challenges, ensuring optimal system use. This is a close-knit team of two specialists, so you will have the opportunity to do a wide range of tasks from ad-hoc support to more complex configurations – a boring day is definitely not guaranteed! What do we offer? Responsibility and freedom: You will work independently, but we also solve many issues together. If you have the skills and vision, you can suggest how things should be done and implement more challenging projects. Diverse work environment: You will be able to utilize your skills across a broad spectrum. You will also have external vendor partners as support, so no one needs to know everything alone. Excellent location: Our modern office is located in Vantaa, near the airport with excellent transportation connections. Work Tasks Since our team is small, the role requires flexibility and prioritization skills. Your responsibilities include: Managing daily Salesforce operations: Salesforce maintenance and minor development tasks, such as release changes and configurations, access management, and documentation maintenance. Tasks and their complexity will adapt to your skills. User support: Resolving tickets in the ServiceNow system and working closely with end-users. Ensuring system continuity: Your role is to ensure that Salesforce remains active, functional, and supports the business while system integration work is ongoing. What do we expect from you? Experience: At least one year of diverse experience in Salesforce maintenance and minor development tasks. The broader your background, the better! Sociability and attitude: Your attitude reflects responsibility, goal-orientation, and perseverance. You enjoy working with people. Language skills: You work fluently in both Finnish and English. Presence: The working hours are 3 days a week, and we hope you will work at our Vantaa office 2–3 days a week. Our recruitment process Academic Work handles this recruitment on behalf of our client, who prefers all questions related to the position to be directed to Academic Work. Applicants will be interviewed continuously, and if we have progressed further in the recruitment process, we may close the application before final decisions. The process includes personality and cognitive ability tests, which serve as tools to find the right candidate and ensure fair and equal assessment.
