Job Description
Gofore is seeking a Head of Financial Controlling & Treasury to oversee group reporting, lead finance transformation, and manage treasury activities. The role involves leading the internal reporting team, managing external partners, ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements, supporting ERP and M&A projects, and maintaining treasury policies. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Finance or related field, 7+ years of IFRS experience, and fluency in Finnish and English. Experience with NetSuite or Tagetik and AI tools is a plus. The position offers a hybrid work environment, a salary of 7000-8500 EUR/month, and growth opportunities.
