Program Manager - Finland - M-Files Oy - Remote - Global

The Program Manager (based in Finland) will oversee and coordinate complex, multi-project delivery programs that bring M-Files solutions to customers. This role ensures that all projects within a program align with strategic objectives, meet customer expectations, and deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities include defining program scope, structure, and success criteria; ensuring projects are scoped and resourced properly; collaborating with Solution Architects, Sales, Services Leadership, and Subcontracting Manager; establishing governance, communication, and meeting cadences; overseeing task allocation and progress; maintaining communication and transparency with customers; identifying and resolving dependencies, risks, and issues; managing scope changes; driving successful completion; and collaborating with Sales, Regional Services, PD Team, and Service Managers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of ICT project and program management experience, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, high-level expertise in M-Files solutions, and fluency in Finnish and English. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's preferred.
