We are seeking a skilled and practical construction site manager for a permanent position in the Jyväskylä area for our client. The recruitment is direct, so the selected person will be employed directly by our client. As a construction site manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of construction sites, monitoring schedules, and ensuring safe and high-quality project execution. You will play a central role in ensuring projects progress according to objectives and that collaboration with various stakeholders runs smoothly. The work sites are mainly located in Jyväskylä and Central Finland, and the position offers an opportunity for long-term employment in a stable organization. Your responsibilities include daily management and supervision of the construction site, coordination of subcontractors and own personnel, monitoring schedules, costs, and quality, ensuring and developing safety at work, collaboration with clients, designers, and other stakeholders, documentation and reporting to project management. We expect from you technical education in construction (e.g., construction engineer, civil engineer, or equivalent), experience in site management, good organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and make decisions, knowledge of safety regulations, and B driving license. We especially value experience in renovation and/or new construction projects and a solution-oriented work approach.
