Whether you are an experienced optician or just starting your career as an optometrist, you now have the opportunity to join the completely new team at Tuusula Eye Center! We offer a position where you can utilize and develop your skills in a versatile way alongside other eye care and eye health professionals. Join as an optician at the new Eye Center store in Tuusula! Eye Center will open a brand new store in Tuusula Prisma this fall, and we are now looking for two opticians/optometrists for this location. You will work in a modern environment equipped with the latest technology in both examination rooms and the store. The team will be part of the Järvenpää and Kerava Eye Centers, which together consist of 24 eye care and eye health professionals. Several ophthalmologists also work as part of our team, with whom you will collaborate closely. - The employment is permanent and based on a 37.5-hour workweek according to the agreement. - We hope you can start in mid-September. - Monthly salary for full-time work is €3,200–3,700 depending on your skills and experience. - Working hours are convenient: weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 (mainly 10:00 to 18:00) and Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00. What does your workday include? You will perform a wide range of optician tasks in a modern work environment. Your daily tasks may include, depending on your skills and interests: - vision tests and contact lens fittings - surgical planning - myopia management - specialized eyewear measurements - OCT imaging, with images reviewed by a doctor - preliminary refractions for doctor’s patients.
