Job Description
Pito-Piiat Oy is a stable and highly regarded event service company based in Hausjärvi, operating for nearly 40 years. Its current activities focus on Kanta-Häme and Uusimaa, with occasional orders in broader areas. The company has been awarded the Wedding Company of the Year, Company of the Year, and received the Certified Most Satisfied Customers certificate some years ago. These achievements are largely thanks to our enthusiastic, skilled, and friendly staff committed to their work and our family business principles. We are now looking to add more like-minded, skilled professionals. Employee well-being is very important to us, and benefits include unlimited access to our gym. Our cheerful, proactive, and professional office team of six is seeking an experienced marketing-oriented professional to handle customer service tasks primarily from the office. The new team member should be prepared to undertake diverse catering-related tasks both in the office and at customer events, including kitchen work if necessary. In addition to experience, we value customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer skills, and a proactive, creative, results-oriented, and proud attitude. We require a positive, energetic, and diligent approach to work, along with excellent social skills. It is a plus if you have professional cooking skills, enjoy different flavors and cuisines, and follow industry trends. This is a fantastic opportunity. Every day will be rewarding and different! At our Kattilafarm, the event service professional's tasks mainly involve demanding customer service work in the office, such as responding to emails and phone calls, preparing quotes and order confirmations, and planning meetings with clients both remotely and face-to-face. To develop and maintain professional skills, participation in kitchen and service staff work will be required regularly even after the onboarding period. During peak seasons, working hours may be longer than usual—an open attitude and flexibility are expected during high season. Conversely, we also offer longer breaks and flexible scheduling options, which can be negotiated. A valid driver’s license and a personal car are essential for work tasks and travel. A hygiene passport is also required. We are a smoke-free workplace. Please contact Anne-Mar to inquire further or send your application and CV via email.
