We are looking for a nurse for the Attendo Tetritupa elderly home in Juuka. The home has 28 places for elderly residents in a natural setting. The nurse is a key part of the team, responsible for the well-being and safety of residents, bringing expertise, confidence, and a bit of common sense to daily routines. The role involves comprehensive care planning, medication management, supporting the team, collaborating with relatives and multidisciplinary networks, and participating in developing safe, high-quality, resident-centered daily life. The position is full-time and permanent, working weekday mornings, with start date flexible. Requirements include a nursing degree, vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act, hygiene passport or readiness to obtain it within three months, fluent Finnish language skills, a criminal record extract, medication licenses or readiness to obtain within one month, and a social and healthcare card. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with the elderly, treats people respectfully and warmly, uses humor appropriately, understands human diversity, works well in a team, makes independent decisions when needed, takes responsibility, is open to new ideas, and is involved in continuous development.
