We are a group of independent & international hospitality concepts based in Helsinki, focused on creating memorable experiences through food, drinks, music, and culture. We are a small but ambitious team that values creativity, community, and strong brand identity constantly collaborating with artists, brands, and restaurants to create unique events and experiences both online and offline. The role involves creating and managing marketing & social media content calendars, planning and publishing content across social platforms, executing campaigns independently, coordinating pop-up events and brand collaborations, reaching out to collaborators, and helping build the online presence of venues. Ideal candidates are nearly graduated or newly graduated in marketing, communication, or related fields, self-driven, organized, proactive, with a strong understanding of social media trends and content creation, and interested in food, nightlife, hospitality, and culture. Experience with social media management, photography/videography, basic editing, and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous. The position is paid, full-time, based in Helsinki, offering creative freedom, responsibility, and portfolio-building opportunities.
