As a construction site manager at Jokioisten Maanrakennus Oy, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects and the successful execution of construction sites in collaboration with site management, clients, and other stakeholders. You will oversee the entire project from planning to implementation, ensuring that work progresses safely, with quality, and according to agreed objectives. In this role, you will work on diverse earthworks projects and have a direct impact on their success. You will lead the construction site comprehensively from design to execution and play a key role in achieving project goals. Job Tasks include developing and maintaining the overall schedule of the construction site, planning and managing site resources, supervisory work with site managers and site personnel, planning procurements, tenders, and coordinating material acquisitions, participating in site meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, monitoring project progress, quality, and costs, and participating in the calculation and tender phases of new projects. We are looking for suitable technical education (e.g., construction engineer, construction foreman, or infrastructure construction education), several years of experience as a site manager, responsible foreman, or similar responsible position, experience in earthworks or infrastructure construction project management, practical understanding of earthworks and site production, experience in comprehensive site management and resource management, good negotiation and collaboration skills, fluent spoken and written Finnish, good command of English, and B driving license. We value KVV certification, experience in project cost estimation and tender phases, long practical experience in the earthworks sector, and experience in client collaboration and contract negotiations.
