Sr. IT Systems Engineer - Zapier - Remote - Global

Zapier is looking for a Sr. IT Systems Engineer with over 3 years of experience in expanding IT infrastructure, primarily macOS, to support a globally distributed team. The role involves managing and automating IT tools, implementing SSO applications, optimizing SaaS spend, developing automation workflows, and maintaining Mac experiences. The position requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building, creativity, resourcefulness, time management, and growth orientation. The engineer will work closely with engineering, People Ops, and security teams to enhance IT infrastructure, support onboarding/offboarding, and improve processes. The role is remote, with a focus on access management, SaaS tool management, and infrastructure improvements.
