Fire Watcher - Eilakaisla Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for fire watchers for our client JL Workforce Oy at new tower projects in Helsinki. You will be responsible for ensuring fire safety during all hot work. Your daily tasks include supervising hot work, ensuring proper protection of the work area, removing fire hazards, and ensuring fire extinguishing equipment is available and operational. You will actively monitor the environment, respond promptly to potential hazards, and perform initial firefighting if necessary. You will work independently but collaborate closely with management and contractors, following safety regulations and instructions. We seek responsible, precise, and reliable individuals with fluent Finnish skills and good physical condition. Previous experience in fire watching is not required but considered an advantage. The work is mainly outdoors, and weather conditions vary, so preparedness for weather changes is essential. Valid fire safety and work safety cards are preferred but can be obtained with our help. We offer a responsible role with a reliable employer. The initial contracts start in May. Working hours are generally weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. Salary depends on skills and experience according to the real estate services sector collective agreement.
