Security Specialist

We are looking for a Security Specialist to support and strengthen our security function, working closely with the Security Team to develop, implement, and continuously improve security practices. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining physical security policies, conducting risk assessments, coordinating internal and external security audits, collaborating with internal teams to integrate security into daily operations, managing vendor security assessments, researching security frameworks and compliance requirements, and facilitating security training and awareness programs. Requirements include relevant experience in the security field and value transportation security, strong understanding of security regulations and industry frameworks, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English and Finnish, and relevant academic education.
