Job Description
Enersense Engineering is currently looking for QA/QC Engineers for CSA and MEP packages for our client's data centre construction team in Helsinki area, Finland. Main tasks and responsibilities include monitoring CSA/MEP works on site to ensure work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations; supporting and maintaining QA/QC procedures; reviewing method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality documents; carrying out site inspections and audits; supporting project teams in resolving quality issues; working closely with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors; ensuring proper inspection, testing, and documentation of materials and workmanship; maintaining records; supporting project reporting; participating in project handover activities; and promoting quality, safety, and compliance. Requirements include relevant engineering or construction degree, previous QA/QC experience on large-scale projects, good understanding of CSA/MEP practices, experience with QA/QC processes, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good command of English. Responsibilities
- Monitor CSA/MEP works on site to ensure work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations
- Support and maintain QA/QC procedures for CSA/MEP works throughout the project
- Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality documents submitted by subcontractors
- Carry out site inspections and audits, identify quality issues and issue NCRs when needed
- Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and follow up on corrective actions
- Work closely with design teams, engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality matters are resolved efficiently
- Ensure materials and workmanship are properly inspected, tested and documented
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, certificates and QA/QC documentation
- Support project reporting by updating quality records and tracking progress
- Participate in project handover activities, including quality documentation and O&M manuals
- Promote quality, safety and compliance across all CSA/MEP works
