Job Description
The work is hourly-based on a fixed-term contract during July–August, when the workload is higher. After this, the work continues as needed on call. The work involves shift work in a three-shift pattern. The job requires interaction and interpersonal skills with the work team, residents, their relatives, and other cooperation partners. Tasks include comprehensive basic care for residents, social support, organizing recreational activities with a rehabilitative approach, and supervising and receiving trainees in the field.
