Semi-trailer Truck Driver Lidl Night/Day Shift - Maimed Oy

Permanent employment available! An experienced, self-reliant professional with a Category E license in the transportation sector is sought for distribution work driving a semi-trailer. Work begins immediately upon finding a suitable driver. Our client is a stable large transportation company offering diverse employment opportunities. You will be provided with reliable and modern equipment. You will be responsible for: - Distribution tasks for Lidl in the Helsinki metropolitan area. - Vehicle location in Järvenpää. - Driving a semi-trailer. - Shifts vary between morning and night shifts. - 3–4 shifts per week, scheduled for the weekend. Therefore, the driver’s weekend may fall on Monday-Tuesday. - To balance a short workweek, additional driving may be arranged based on customer needs. - The vehicle is loaded by the driver. We expect from you: - CE license, professional competence, digital tachograph card. - Previous experience in food transportation, handling roll cages, and managing trailer combinations. Good reversing skills, especially in tight spaces. - Lidl experience is a big plus. - Good Finnish language skills are required for safety reasons. - Own car for commuting. - We are looking for a driver who is open to changing situations. Work is based on customer needs. - The driver should be capable of handling changing and challenging situations, such as schedule pressures or weather conditions. Maintain calmness and problem-solving attitude in exceptional situations. - We value drivers who take care of the client’s equipment and are eager to develop their skills. - Good teamwork skills with clients, scheduling, and other drivers are appreciated. - Suitable for a physically fit, quick, and careful individual.
