Job Description
We are looking for a growth leader whose primary responsibility is scaling and optimising Musopias paid user acquisition across our portfolio of mobile apps. This role combines strategic ownership of acquisition with hands-on technical growth execution, experimentation, data-driven decision making and monetisation optimisation. We are not looking for a traditional marketing leader. We are looking for someone who can build scalable growth systems, measurement capabilities and experimentation practices that enable sustainable growth across Musopias products. You will own Musopias performance marketing strategy across channels such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and emerging acquisition platforms, ensuring that every marketing investment is measurable, incremental and delivers long-term customer value. You will define Musopias long-term paid growth strategy, investment priorities, and growth capability roadmap, ensuring the company is well positioned to scale profitably over the coming years. Working closely with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative teams, you will continuously improve our acquisition engine by combining technical expertise, experimentation, and commercial thinking. Success in this role requires balancing growth, profitability, and product experience. You will use attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modelling, creative experimentation, and funnel optimisation to maximise subscription growth while improving marketing efficiency. You will also help shape the evolution of Musopias growth technology stack, measurement capabilities, and automation. Paid User Acquisition - Own Musopias paid growth strategy and performance across all acquisition channels. - Define Musopias long-term paid growth strategy, investment priorities, and capability roadmap. - Lead and coach our Paid UA Manager while providing strategic direction. - Develop and execute scalable post-ATT acquisition strategies. - Drive marketing measurement, attribution and incrementality testing. - Work closely with BI, Product and Finance teams to optimise CAC and LTV. - Identify and unlock new growth opportunities. - Own growth measurement ecosystem and technology stack. Growth, Data & Monetisation (Hands-On) - Act as a hands-on growth partner for product teams. - Drive web and D2C growth initiatives. - Analyse user behaviour and experiment results. - Contribute to experimentation across onboarding, subscriptions, and pricing. - Work with Design, Engineering and Product teams. - Build and improve growth processes and tooling.
