AI Quality Specialist - VALA - Remote - Global

This role offers a salary of 4350-6000 €/month depending on skills and experience, with opportunities to participate in future employee engagement programs like options or share programs. You will work on diverse and meaningful projects across industries, focusing on one client at a time, designing and developing ways to test AI systems and LLM-based solutions, utilizing AI in testing, developing methods and tools for testing AI-native systems, and combining QA expertise with practical AI experiments and continuous learning. You should understand quality assurance broadly and have experience in technical testing or test automation in various environments. Practical experience with AI agents and LLM/ML is required, along with understanding of LLM/ML issues and how to test these solutions. You should know at least one scripting language and have an understanding of software architecture. Active knowledge sharing and customer training are natural to you. Flexibility, confidence in voicing observations and ideas, and good communication skills in Finnish and English are essential.
