As a Service Secretary, you will work in the customer guidance area responsible for home care support, where your task is to guide and advise clients and partners within the home care support service package. Guidance and advice are provided via telephone and chat services to clients across the Pirkanmaa region. For the payment of home care support allowances and customer invoicing, you will review, verify, and clarify data, as well as develop the service and operations. Why choose us?
