Your tasks will include: * New customer acquisition and development of customer relationships * Active sales work and assessing customer needs * Offering staffing and recruitment services to corporate clients * Arranging and conducting customer meetings * Contract negotiations and preparing offers * Collaborating with the recruitment team to find suitable employees * Developing marketing and sales together with the team We value: * Commercial education or relevant background * Sales-oriented approach and enthusiasm for developing customer relationships * Proficiency in Finnish and English * Good communication and interaction skills * Stress tolerance and willingness to learn new things * Industry knowledge of the construction sector is an advantage.
