Skill Set : Foundstone Vulnerability Management Total Experience : 5.00 to 15.00 Years Job Summary Serve as the central coordination point between the internal Security team, third party vulnerability scanning vendors, and application support teams. Consolidate vulnerability findings from multiple scanning tools and vendors into a centralized dashboard. Monitor vulnerabilities across enterprise applications and platforms, including Salesforce, Oracle, and other business critical systems. Classify and track vulnerabilities based on severity (Critical, High, Medium, and Low). Ensure remediation activities are completed within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each severity category. Conduct regular governance meetings with technical teams, application owners, and security stakeholders to review remediation status, risks, blockers, and action plans. Track aging vulnerabilities and proactively escalate overdue remediation items to the appropriate stakeholders. Coordinate with geographically distributed teams by maintaining overlapping working hours between the US and India to facilitate timely communication and issue resolution. Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and status updates for leadership highlighting remediation progress, SLA compliance, trends, and outstanding risks. Work closely with infrastructure, application, database, cloud, and security teams to ensure vulnerabilities are remediated, validated, and closed. Drive continuous improvement of the vulnerability management process by identifying recurring issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation. Project & Program Management 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience. Strong experience managing cross functional technical teams and security initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones. Cybersecurity & Vulnerability Management Good understanding of Vulnerability Management lifecycle. Familiarity with vulnerability severity classifications (Critical, High, Medium, Low) and remediation SLAs. Understanding of CVSS scoring, security risk prioritization, and remediation governance. Experience coordinating vulnerability remediation rather than performing hands on security testing. Technical Knowledge Working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, Windows/Linux servers, databases, middleware, and cloud environments. Understanding of vulnerability scanning and assessment tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar solutions. Familiarity with ticketing and workflow management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. Reporting & Governance Strong dashboard creation and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Experience creating executive level status reports, KPIs, metrics, and remediation tracking dashboards. Ability to identify trends, risks, SLA breaches, and remediation bottlenecks. Soft Skills Excellent coordination and follow up skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
