Job Description
We are looking for an early childhood education childcare worker at Norlandia Peiponpesä. You are the one who hears, sees, and is genuinely present in the children's daily lives. You are a professional in early childhood education who creates an environment that allows for learning, wonder, and collaborative activities. What do we expect from you? You are a qualified early childhood education childcare worker who can support children's growth, play, exploration, and understanding in various daily situations. You work naturally with your team and families to ensure the children's day proceeds smoothly and consistently. You participate in planning and developing activities and are responsible for ensuring that daily situations are appropriate for children and support their learning.
