Rent Ledger Accountant - Keravan kaupunki - Kerava, Finland

We are seeking a rent ledger accountant for a permanent position in our finance team, as the current employee is retiring. You will work closely with the finance manager and various teams, playing a central role in ensuring smooth daily financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the rent ledger and payment transactions, and participate in daily financial processes. Your tasks include a variety of financial duties related to rent payments and invoicing, such as allocating payments, processing payment data and purchase invoices. You will assist in monthly bookkeeping preparation and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial data. Requirements include relevant education in financial management (e.g., business college or bachelor of business administration), experience in managing rent ledgers or similar accounting tasks, proactive and constructive work attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately, understanding of the importance of your work in residents’ daily lives and handling tasks responsibly, precise and careful working style, proficiency with various systems and ability to utilize their features efficiently, interest in developing operational methods and providing smooth solutions, and fluent spoken and written Finnish. Valued qualities include collaboration skills and good communication and interaction abilities, comprehensive understanding of financial management and its connection to accounting, and experience with Kodi and Fivald systems is considered an advantage.
