As an optical salesperson, you meet every customer with joy and professionalism and work purposefully towards sales targets together with your team. You offer our customers the highest quality products and services, such as All Inclusive, extensive imaging possibilities, remote eye exams, dry eye clinics, and EssilorLuxottica's amazing brand selection. What does your workday look like? As an optical salesperson, you are responsible for creating a first-class customer experience from the beginning to the end of the store visit. You receive customers, perform preliminary examinations, and guide them to the optometrist's eye exam. After the eye exam, based on the optometrist's recommendations, you offer customers the highest quality lenses, the best contact lenses, and of course, the most stylish frames. Once the deal is made, you order customized products for the customer through our ordering system. You deliver the finished products to the customers, ensure their perfect fit, and guide them in the use of the products. We expect from you: - Previous experience in customer service and sales, for example in a store environment - Desire to do productive sales work together with your team - Ability to switch smoothly from one task to another while always keeping the customer as the priority - Motivation to acquire new information and develop your own expertise in the optical field - Good digital and system technical skills Although there are many tasks and events, you will receive a comprehensive induction into your duties from your expert colleagues and your supervisor Sanna. The position is permanent and the start date can be agreed flexibly. Working time is 30 h/week and shifts are within the store's opening hours. We follow the Retail Sector Collective Agreement, where remuneration is affected by, among other things, previous experience in sales and customer service tasks.
