Behind every successful deployment is a project manager who oversees the entire process and ensures that people, processes, and technology work seamlessly together. We are currently seeking a project manager to handle our ERP / financial management and HR system projects. The position is permanent, and the workplace can be in Pietarsaari or Vaasa. Work can also be performed flexibly as hybrid or remote work. As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer projects from initiation to successful go-live. You will ensure that projects progress according to agreed schedules, budgets, and objectives, providing the customer with a smooth and professional project experience. You will act as the main contact between the customer and Abilita’s experts, ensuring all project parties work towards shared goals. Your tasks include leading and coordinating ERP projects from start to implementation, close collaboration with customer project managers, ensuring project progress aligns with the schedule, budget, and goals, planning and supporting daily consulting resources, participating in sales support, monitoring project finances, and ensuring compliance with quality and data security practices. We hope you have previous experience in project management, preferably with enterprise resource planning systems or other digital solutions, relevant education in business or financial management, a systematic work approach, initiative, responsible work style, excellent collaboration and communication skills, a business-oriented mindset, and fluent Finnish skills.
