Job Description
St1 is an energy transition company operating in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and the UK, managing a diverse portfolio including oil, biogas, SAF, HVO, and solar energy. The company has 1150 retail stations and over 1000 employees. The current IT management involves fragmented tools and processes. The IT Service Management Lead will oversee the strategy, design, and rollout of a unified ITSM platform across the Nordic region, focusing on cultural and operational change rather than just technology. Responsibilities include designing ITSM processes, managing platform deployment, ensuring process compliance, fostering cultural change, owning CMDB governance, and promoting automation and AI. The ideal candidate has extensive ITSM experience, change management skills, familiarity with platforms like Jira Service Management, and excellent stakeholder management. Fluency in English is required, with Finnish or Swedish as an advantage, plus a relevant higher education degree.
