Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Director to support our new RPO/Projects client. This is a remote role, however candidates must reside in the Toronto or Vancouver area. The Talent Acquisition Director will contribute to growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solution. The aim of the role is to ensure the quality assurance of the project delivered to our client. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, developing metrics, sourcing strategies, reviewing deliverables, risk management, client communication, project reporting, and business development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or ten years of relevant leadership experience, strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting, recruiting metrics, SLA/SOW familiarity, revenue and pricing models, and team leadership skills. The salary range is not specified. Benefits include extended health and dental, online medical, mental health, and pediatric support programs. The role involves managing client expectations, team motivation, and possibly supporting requisitions.
