Visiting Early Childhood Educator - Kimitoöns kommun - Kimitoön, Finland

In Kemiönsaaren early childhood education, there are small child groups and excellent opportunities for diverse pedagogy, thanks to the many possibilities offered by our local environment. We focus on promoting the well-being of both children and staff and on sustainable lifestyles. All our daycare centers are located near forests and nature. Outdoor pedagogy is one of our core activities. The only limit is imagination for what we can implement. A position for a visiting early childhood educator is available in the early childhood education unit, for a permanent employment starting from 1 August 2026. Qualification requirements are determined according to the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) section 28. The job requires excellent oral and written skills in one native language and good skills in the other native language. The position is within the early childhood education unit, and work is carried out in groups where there is a need for substitutes due to illness, vacation, or training. The primary placement is in the southern part of the municipality. Use of a personal car is required. The trial period is four months. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract and an acceptable health certificate within 30 days of receiving the decision.
