BI Specialist / Data Analyst - Epassi - Remote - Global

Epassi is a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe, established in Finland in 2007. We were the first in Europe to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in 2008. We are currently hiring a BI Specialist / Data Analyst to be based in Amsterdam. In this role, you will translate complex data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation. You'll design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards, working closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance. Responsibilities include developing BI dashboards in Power BI, translating business needs into data solutions, ensuring data governance, and supporting strategic initiatives. Requirements include a degree in Data Science or related field, at least 3 years of experience in BI or data analysis, advanced Power BI skills, proficiency in SQL, and experience with ETL pipelines and data warehousing.
