We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented hosts for the boxes at Nokia Arena. As a box host, you play a key role in creating first-class event experiences for our customers. Your tasks include welcoming customers, ensuring their comfort, and serving drinks and food throughout the event. You will actively contribute to a pleasant atmosphere and work closely with the bar, kitchen, and other event staff. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the box areas during the event. We hope you have a cheerful and service-minded attitude. It is an advantage if you work well under pressure, are proactive, and act responsibly in your work. We value courage and the ability to upsell customer-orientedly, as well as the ability to recognize customer needs. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required. Fluent Finnish is essential, and proficiency in English is considered an advantage. Prior experience as a host or in event work is a plus. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement for travel, restaurant, and leisure services. All employment relationships are on-call (0 hours/week) as needed.
