Job Description

ReOrbit is looking for an Executive Business Partner to the CEO to join the company at the centre of ReOrbit's leadership team. Working closely with the CEO, you will help translate strategic priorities into action, ensuring alignment, execution and operational effectiveness across the organization. As our Executive Business Partner, you combine strong business acumen with exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment. This role goes beyond traditional executive support. You will act as a trusted partner, helping drive key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provide the structure, insight, and follow-through needed to keep the company moving forward. Skills and requirements include 4+ years of experience in business operations or similar roles, experience working with senior executives, excellent communication skills, strong judgment, ability to manage multiple priorities, high organization, stakeholder management, professionalism, and fluency in English. ReOrbit builds the foundation for next-generation space applications, transforming satellites into interconnected platforms via software. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO to drive strategic priorities and ensure effective execution across the organization
  • Coordinate and track key initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability and timely delivery across teams
  • Support executive decision-making through research, analysis, and preparation of high-quality briefing materials
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, board materials, and stakeholder updates
  • Drive organizational planning processes, including OKR tracking and follow-up on critical actions
  • Establish and maintain systems for managing priorities, commitments and cross-functional dependencies
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO, providing objective perspectives and constructive challenge
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, organizational risks and alignment gaps, and proactively drive resolutions
  • Manage the CEO's agenda, priorities, travel arrangements, and invoice administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective prioritization
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams and leadership stakeholders
  • Support governance activities, executive meetings and strategic projects as required

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, consulting, chief of staff, executive support or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently produce executive and board-level materials
  • Strong business judgment, commercial acumen, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex initiatives to completion
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Experience working in high-growth, technology-driven or international organizations is advantageous
  • Familiarity with governance processes, board operations, investor relations, or executive office functions within EU and Asia as a plus
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Fluent written and spoken English
