We are currently seeking mechanical designers to strengthen our expertise in the design of mobile work machines in Turku. We act as a design partner for leading industry players. In our projects, we develop mobile machines and steel structures. The work may focus on product development or maintenance design depending on your experience. In this role, you could be involved in designing, for example, mining loaders or steel structures and cabins for mobile work machines. We value a desire to create functional and manufacturable structures in collaboration with colleagues and clients. Your key responsibilities include: · Mechanical design in projects involving mobile work machines and steel structures · 3D modeling and preparation of manufacturing drawings and technical documentation · Product development and maintenance design according to your skills · Collaboration with different design disciplines and clients · Ensuring the functionality and manufacturability of structures You will work either at our Turku office or at our clients' sites. Hybrid work is also possible when projects permit. We expect from you: · Experience in mechanical design · Experience in designing mobile work machines and welded structures · Skills in one of the following design software: Siemens NX, Creo, Catia, or SolidWorks · Good communication and collaboration skills · Independent and solution-oriented work approach · Fluent Finnish and English language skills The salary range for this position is €3,000-4,000/month depending on your skills and experience.
