Key responsibilities include project conceptualization, enabling tender specifications, building government relationships, developing project proposals, shaping safety policies, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in business development, government relations, or technical sales in infrastructure or transportation sectors, with a proven track record of influencing large projects and tenders. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Public Policy, with an MBA highly desirable. The role requires strategic thinking, technical influence, government engagement, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
