The main task is livestock care, especially milking on a 2×10-stall milking parlor, and daily animal care. The work days are single-shift (except morning shifts on holidays). Morning shifts involve milking twice (5–9 and 12–15.30) and evening shifts once (20–00), working in pairs with shared responsibilities. The job includes calf and young stock care (feeding with Milktax), moving animals, bedding pens and care stalls, general barn maintenance, and use of a Bobcat mini-loader. The work is physical and varied, requiring a calm, practical approach and patience with animals. The ideal candidate enjoys practical work, is responsible, proactive, and can work independently or as part of a team, with good command of English. Experience is a plus but not required; attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
