Job Description
Autismisäätiö is seeking a guidance worker or practical nurse for full-time, permanent employment in our day activities supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The role involves planning and guiding daily activities, medication administration, care, reporting, and developing the unit. The work is weekdays from 7 am to 5 pm, with activities often outdoors. The unit has facilities including sports, art, and sensory rooms. Applicants must have a Valvira-registered practical nurse qualification, a positive attitude, Finnish language skills, and preferably experience with autism or neurodiversity, medication studies, EA1 training, and a hygiene passport.
