We are looking for a proactive outdoor area worker for a temporary position in Oulu. In the role of outdoor area worker: - You will work on a temporary basis as a relief worker and substitute for sick leave at designated outdoor sites in Oulu. - During the summer season, tasks include trash collection and other seasonal duties such as lawn mowing and weeding. - In winter, tasks include manual snow removal from staircases and entrances, as well as gritting. - Summer shifts are scheduled on weekdays starting at 6 a.m., and in winter, you will mainly work on weekend mornings. - Work begins according to agreement once a suitable person is found. We expect from you: - A proactive attitude, good work ethic, and flexibility with working hours. - Previous experience in outdoor work and good Finnish language skills. - Suitability for physical work and resilience to weather conditions. Additionally, a B-driving license is considered an advantage.
