Every closed or closing deal has to clear the client's procurement, legal, security and finance processes before they can access the platform. We're looking for a Contracting Lead to own that stage end to end - getting TryHackMe onboarded as a vendor and unblocking deals that would otherwise stall. The ideal candidate is highly organised, comfortable moving between legal, security and finance detail, and confident enough to be the single point of contact for client procurement teams directly. As Contracting Lead, you will sit between the sales team and the client's back office, working directly with the client's procurement, legal, security and finance teams until a deal is unblocked. You'll triage incoming requests, run vendor onboarding and security questionnaires, manage contracts through to signature, and own the systems that keep the whole process running. This is a very flexible role, there will be growing work loads in Q3/Q4 in line with peak growth periods, so the ideal candidate needs to be able to accommodate extra hours when the role requires it. Own and maintain the end-to-end procurement process and its four-stream model, including intake routes for sales and the KPIs the team works to (24 hour triage, forms in 3 working days, specialist reviews in 5). Own the Procurement Hub in Notion, the procurement pack, document repository, company details, answer bank, key contacts, bank details and contract jurisdiction pages. Maintain the procurement pipeline database in Notion and the HubSpot procurement dashboard for tracking and reporting on deals in the stage. Own the sub-processor registers, both client-facing and internal. Support the sales team with ad hoc requests, pointing them to the right documents, helping draft emails or responses, and producing client-facing material on request. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage directly with client procurement, legal, security and finance teams. You must be highly knowledgeable of both UK and US law - these are the two main areas that we operate in. Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple deals and deadlines in parallel. Experience with vendor security questionnaires and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, HECVAT, SOC 2, TISAX or similar) is a strong plus. Comfortable reviewing contracts and MSAs at a commercial level and knowing when to escalate to legal, security or DPA specialists. Proficient with common office software, CRM tools (HubSpot), e-signature platforms (DocuSign), and procurement portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar). A strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to build and improve process, not just follow it.
