As an Engineer Maintenance & Projects, you determine your impact within Scania. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our installations are reliable, available, and easy to maintain, now and in the future. You bring the maintenance perspective to projects, from design to delivery, so that maintenance is well-arranged from the start. This helps make smart choices that contribute to stable processes and manageable costs. Responsibilities: - Developing and securing maintenance concepts (preventive and predictive) and preparing and optimizing maintenance plans and spare parts. - Drawing up replacement schedules, determining the importance of installations for the operation, and optimizing technical availability. - Recording maintenance information and ensuring a complete and clear translation to the maintenance organization. - Representing maintenance within projects, from design to delivery, and assessing technical designs, supplier offers, and maintenance contracts. - Participating in FAT/SAT and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, also internationally. Scania Production Meppel: Our factory in Meppel is unique due to the most advanced paint robots in the world. You will be part of the Maintenance Engineering team of 10 colleagues in a fine LEAN environment. Your talents: - Minimum HBO Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management. - Experience in an industrial production and maintenance environment and associated systems. - Experience with projects and multidisciplinary collaboration. - Ability to connect different interests, take initiative, and communicate clearly. What Scania offers: - Gross monthly salary of € 4,420 to € 5,576 (based on full-time employment). - Profit sharing. - 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days. - Freedom to work partly from home. - Space and opportunity for further development.
