We are looking for a Store Manager for our new Oulu department store in a permanent full-time position. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the department store in close cooperation with the department store manager. You will ensure that the store always has enough products, attractive displays, and optimal staffing. You will act as the immediate supervisor of the store staff and be part of the store management team. Requirements include commercial education or experience in supervisory roles in retail, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Finnish, English, and Swedish language skills are preferred.
