Our client company is looking to expand its team with a skilled PRODUCTION WORKER for a long-term employment starting from autumn! The role of our general production worker is quite versatile. The job includes all production tasks as needed, such as packaging and pre-preparation of parts for painters. Also included are tasks like caulking, hanging/arranging, and protecting parts. Work is performed in shifts during weekdays, with morning and evening shifts. Working hours are between 06:00 and 20:00, with morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and evening shift from 12:00 to 20:00. Your workplace is located in Mänttä, accessible by bike even from Vilppula, and only about half an hour from nearby municipalities! There are a few requirements that determine suitability for this role: Previous experience in production work Forklift driving skills Good manual dexterity and precision. The job involves tasks requiring craftsmanship and accuracy! Fluent Finnish language skills Additional advantages include: Crane operation skills Previous experience in industrial painting Previous experience as an auto mechanic is also considered an advantage WHAT THE JOB OFFERS: Salary based on experience and skills, according to the industrial sector collective agreement, starting from €14/hour + supplements.
