Maintenance and Logistics Specialist - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

As a Maintenance and Logistics Specialist at Bentley Systems, your primary focus will be overseeing the daily operation, upkeep, and improvement of our facility equipment and systems. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for our software engineering and business teams. While the core of this role is dedicated to proactive facility maintenance, preventative care, and contractor management, you will also provide supplementary support for shipping, receiving, and asset logistics. Responsibilities include overseeing equipment operation, developing preventative maintenance schedules, managing contractors, supporting minor construction projects, maintaining records, and acting as the first responder to facility issues. Support for shipping, receiving, and inventory management is also required.
