Sodexo is responsible for the overall restaurant, café, and cleaning services at Myllypuro campus. Additionally, we handle meeting and hospitality catering for our clients. The student restaurant serves hundreds of lunch customers daily. Your responsibilities include: Managing the café comprehensively, Serving customers at the cash register, Assisting with lunch buffet and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area as needed, Performing self-monitoring tasks, Being an important part of the restaurant's operations and ensuring smooth customer service even during busy times, Providing excellent customer service and being ready to help to improve customers' daily lives. We hope you have: Previous experience in similar customer service roles, An independent and solution-oriented work attitude, even in busy situations, Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, Teamwork skills, Proficiency in Finnish and English for flexible customer service (good spoken and written Finnish skills), Knowledge of special diets, Hygiene passport.
