Pentasia are supporting an iGaming Operator in their search for a Country Director - Cyprus. In this role, you will lead the company’s online betting operations by driving acquisition, retention, CRM, promotions and overall digital strategy to grow revenue, improve customer experience, manage performance against KPIs and budgets, coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the local team.
